Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in related field
• 7+ years in warehouse/transportation management and 3PL operations
• Experience leading large-scale distribution operations with quality/compliance focus
• Experience in matrixed organizations and solving complex problems
• Hands-on with WMS/TMS and logistics services
• Willingness to travel ~25% across North America

Responsibilities

• Coordinate movement of goods, supplies, and equipment within facilities and develop efficient routes
• Negotiate carrier rates and benchmark against industry peers
• Develop carrier relationships and ensure service quality and compliance
• Conduct carrier performance reviews and manage claims
• Develop and track KPIs (on-time delivery, transit times, cost reporting)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics with goals
• Manage international shipments ensuring import/export compliance
