Qualifications

• 6+ years in logistics or site services within a technical infra or data center.
• Experience managing third-party logistics providers and vendors to standards.
• Experience with ERP and WMS/TMS systems for logistics.
• Experience designing scalable logistics processes across multiple regional sites.
• Experience supporting Sarbanes-Oxley compliance in logistics.
• Experience using data analytics to monitor performance and report findings.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional logistics operations for data center sites including inbound/outbound freight and inventory control across multiple facilities.
• Oversee third-party logistics providers and vendors against SLAs and performance metrics.
• Use data analytics and reporting tools to monitor regional logistics performance and drive improvements.
• Lead process standardization across regional sites, enabling scalable logistics workflows.
• Partner with procurement, finance, and compliance to ensure SOX compliance across operations.
• Serve as regional SME on technical logistics and systems design for inventory management.
• Develop and maintain aggressive roadmaps with partner teams aligning logistics goals to infrastructure objectives.
• Assess and integrate ERP, WMS, and TMS platforms for a cohesive regional logistics ecosystem.
• Analyze business changes and implement risk mitigation to maintain continuity and compliance.
• Travel approximately 30% to regional sites to review vendors and drive on-site improvements.
