Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Specialist to focus on Data Center Field and Warehouse operations. You will support the Site Logistics Operations Lead to develop and implement consistent processes and oversee third party logistics teams at the assigned data center.

Responsibilities include monitoring operations, coordinating with third-party providers, maintaining documentation, and driving process improvements across Meta data center sites. Travel up to 10% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years logistics experience overseeing operations, team performance, and SLA adherence.
• Experience with ERP, TMS, CMS, WMS systems such as Oracle, Excel, or analytics tools.
• Strong communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics operations at the data center site, ensuring compliance with 4S standards.
• Monitor operations and develop remediation plans for gaps.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics lead to meet inventory and movement requirements.
• Identify gaps and propose standardized operations across Meta data center sites.
• Create and maintain documentation for processes and policies in logistics.
