Meta is seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Manager for Site Services to lead transportation and warehouse operations, optimize carrier performance, and drive scalability across multiple data center facilities. The role emphasizes collaboration with internal partners, KPI tracking, and compliance for international shipments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in warehouse management, 3PL management, transportation management, supply chain, inventory management, operations, or manufacturing.
• 7+ years of experience operating in a matrixed organization, independently identifying, managing, and solving complex problems.
• Proven track record of leading warehouse and transportation operations and 3PL providers at scale, driving operational quality and compliance.
• Hands-on experience with logistics management systems (WMS/TMS) and transportation logistics services.
• Willingness and ability to travel (~25%) to North American warehouses and 3PL locations for on-site management.

Responsibilities

• Work an 8-hour shift within a 12-hour window (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) with occasional weekend coverage.
• Engage with internal customers to understand their needs and shape the team's roadmap.
• Coordinate movement of goods, develop routes and schedules for timely delivery.
• Negotiate carrier rates and benchmark against industry peers.
• Develop and maintain carrier relationships and contracts.
• Develop and track KPIs (on-time delivery, transit times, costs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics with goals.
• Manage international shipments ensuring import/export compliance.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Finance, or related field

Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or MBA
