Job summary

Meta seeks an experienced Data Center Site Logistics Operations Specialist to support data center logistics operations across America’s Data Center locations. You will lead with on-site program managers, influence IBOS strategy, and partner with stakeholders to implement scalable processes with analytics and inventory consistency across Meta’s distributed data center network.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in supply chain/operations management or related field.
7+ years experience in data center logistics or production IT environments.
Experience in business analysis and program management.
Experience with as-is/to-be business process mapping and data analysis.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication with stakeholders and leadership.
Experience with project prioritization, planning, scheduling, and status reporting.
Knowledge of AI concepts and ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows.

Responsibilities

Lead implementation of consistent, repeatable, scalable logistics processes with analytics across data center operations.
Maintain inventory consistency across a distributed network of data center locations.
Partner with IBOS Site Leaders, Regional Managers, and process teams, influencing strategy and inputs.
