Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar; minimum 3 years in program/project management.
- Experience with constructing work breakdown structures for schedules and resource planning.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail.
- Self-starter with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Able to work cross-functionally and pull input from various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Organize workstreams with program managers, tech leads and engineers.
- Document plans with the engineering team.
- Track prototype builds and deliverables.
- Use Jira for engineering development.
- Coordinate international shipping, receiving and logistics.
- Create dashboards for stakeholder digestion and track progress with external partners.
- onboard suppliers, obtain proposals and quotations, place orders and track deliveries.
- Assist engineering teams with development documentation and SOW tracking.
- Update internal website information and keep meeting notes.
