JLL is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage multi-phase logistics projects for global client operations from Milpitas, CA. You will handle planning, vendor coordination, inventory control, and international shipping compliance with a strong emphasis on timely delivery and cost efficiency.

The role requires 2–3 years in logistics and project management, proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, and willingness to travel internationally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years of experience in logistics coordination, warehouse operations, or inventory control.
• 2-3 years of experience with project management and hands-on warehouse inventory control/logistics operations.
• International shipping experience required; cross-border logistics, customs docs, and compliance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and email portals; strong communication.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to support events.

Responsabilités

• Manage multiple logistics projects across development phases with on-time execution and clear client communications.
• Coordinate international shipping operations, including ATA Carnet docs and customs for equipment movement.
• Develop scopes and schedules, track milestones, and report status to Operations Manager and clients.
• Coordinate warehouse operations, including inventory control and handling of materials up to 40 pounds.
• Collaborate with vendors (shipping partners, tradeshow partners, logistics/storage providers) to meet goals and compliance.
• Prepare and update project status reports, process purchase orders and invoices, maintain tracking reports.
