Job summary

Primary Services in Houston seeks an Order Management & Export Coordinator to manage domestic and international shipments, coordinate data, and support major customer accounts. This role focuses on advanced Excel analysis, ERP transaction review, and cross-functional collaboration within a large logistics operation.

The position emphasizes accuracy, reporting, and continuous improvement of data quality and processes in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid schedule in downtown Houston is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business required.
• 5+ years of logistics experience including domestic transportation or international exports.
• Experience supporting high-volume logistics operations and managing multiple large customer accounts.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required, including frequent use of VLOOKUPs.
• Experience preparing, reviewing, and reconciling logistics reports and data.
• Experience coordinating shipments and logistics documentation.
• Experience investigating discrepancies across multiple systems.
• SAP experience preferred, not required, especially SD/MM modules.
• Experience with international shipping documentation or AES reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor domestic and/or international shipments and transportation records.
• Maintain accurate shipment information and logistics documentation.
• Analyze large datasets using advanced Excel functions.
• Develop and maintain operational reports and tracking tools.
• Review shipping records, delivery information, and transaction data.
• Investigate and resolve data inconsistencies in shipments and accounts.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and logistics partners.
• Track outstanding documentation and support timely resolution.
• Review export-related documentation and reporting when applicable.
• Use ERP systems to review transactions and support reporting activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy and logistics workflows.
