The ideal candidate will have a background in international trade, familiarity with ERP systems, and strong communication skills to collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field.
• Certification in customs brokerage or international trade.
• Experience in import coordination or logistics management.
• Proficiency in import/export software and ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Handling and processing import documentation (bills of lading, invoices, packing lists).
• Ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
• Coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers for timely delivery.
• Tracking shipments to meet delivery schedules.
• Resolving issues or delays in the import process.
• Maintaining accurate records of all import transactions.
