Job summary

Centric Brands is seeking a senior logistics leader to drive global shipment visibility and continuous improvement across all transport modes. You will manage carrier performance, build KPIs, and lead projects implementing new visibility platforms, with a focus on sustainable cost reductions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Supply Chain or related field, 6+ years of experience including 2+ years in supervision, and strong analytical and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field is required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset to analyze, visualize and interpret data.

Responsibilities

• Lead shipment visibility and continuous/improvement movements globally across all modes for Centric Brands.
• Oversee performance levels for our carrier base and manage KPI tracking and SOP adherence.
• Develop and implement SOPs, manage projects and platforms for visibility, carriers, and consolidators.
• Own transit time performance, data accuracy in systems, and lead carrier relationships domestically within the US.
