Job summary

Centric Brands seeks an experienced Logistics/Carrier Operations Director to lead international carrier operations globally for the Fashion Apparel & Accessories business. Reporting to the VP, Logistics, you will shape strategy, negotiate contracts, and drive execution across ocean, air and parcel networks.

You will manage a multinational team, oversee auditing and payments, and develop data-driven dashboards to improve service, cost and transit times in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of international transportation experience in a fast-paced environment.
• A BS/BA in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Business Management preferred or equivalent.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial self-starter with strong prioritization and delegation skills.
• High analytical ability and data visualization experience to drive improvements.
• Experience leading service providers and negotiating costs with KPI accountability.
• Lean Six Sigma/PM experience and cross-functional collaboration expected.
• Occasional domestic/international travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement short/long-term logistics strategies to cost-effectively grow the business.
• Negotiate ocean/air/parcel contracts, rates, and capacity leveraging relationships.
• Oversee global carrier operations and audit/payments with 3PL/4PL providers.
• Lead and develop a global logistics team, 4+ direct reports and staff.
• Provide complete freight visibility and proactive issue resolution across regions.
