Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Whitsett, NC seeks a Senior Expert CL to coordinate global CL operations, lead the control tower team, and optimize end-to-end supply chain performance. You will manage freight across air, ocean, and ground modes, oversee carrier relationships, and drive continuous improvement using BI dashboards and KPI analysis.

The role requires a ten-plus years background in transportation/logistics, strong leadership, and excellent communication with multi-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, International Business, Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum ten years working in transportation, freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain management.
• Minimum seven to ten years in a supervisory role.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CEVA CL operations across origin/destination regions.
• Provide managerial leadership to CL control tower team.
• Manage freight (air, ocean, ground) operations.
• Lead carrier and forwarder management and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and KPI tracking.
• Ensure on-time service delivery and data integrity.
