Job summary

Centric Brands is seeking a senior logistics leader to drive shipment visibility and continuous improvement across ocean, air, and ground freight worldwide. The role focuses on optimizing carrier performance, SOP development, and data-driven decision making in a fast-growing environment.

The ideal candidate will manage international carrier relationships, oversee transit-time metrics, and lead strategic logistics initiatives, including platform implementations and process enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field is required.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making are essential.
• Experience leading international service providers, negotiating costs, and managing KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead shipment visibility and continuous/improvement movements globally across all modes.
• Manage carrier relations and oversee KPI performance for the carrier base.
• Develop, implement, and optimize Standard Operating Procedures for logistics operations.
• Own transit time performance models and ensure data accuracy across systems.
• Lead logistics projects and initiatives, including platform implementations and new carrier onboarding.
• Track, analyze, and report KPIs; drive cost reductions and service improvements.
