• Certifications including: Certified Export Clearance Specialist.
• Dangerous Goods – Ground and Air (IATA/FIATA).
• Export Compliance Specialist.
• Customs Broker certification.
• Sales Certification.
• Transition and Implementation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and timely shipment process flow.
• Track and trace shipments.
• Provide proactive and clear communication to internal and external customers.
• Review billing and invoices for accuracy and timeliness.
• Understand customer expectations to meet SOPs and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance to company policies and external regulations.
• Cross-train to support team coverage.
