Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Manager of Logistics (Global Fulfillment Network) to lead inbound logistics, fulfillment networks, and global transportation operations. You will own strategy, execution, and continuous improvement across domestic and international movements, driving end‑to‑end performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of KPI frameworks and carrier performance management experience.
• 5+ years leading sourcing, carrier negotiations, and partnerships.
• 5+ years of people management experience in logistics teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve enterprise-wide logistics strategies for inbound logistics, fulfillment networks, and end-to-end transportation performance.
• Establish KPI frameworks, scorecards, and real-time reporting tools; leverage data analytics to drive improvements.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and manage RFPs, contracts, rate optimization, and governance with 3PL/transport partners.
• Drive global expansion and optimization of logistics networks to support freight, e‑commerce, and industrial projects.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Production, and Engineering teams to align logistics strategies with business objectives.
