Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, international business, or a related field.
• 10+ years in logistics/supply chain with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of import/export operations, Incoterms, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing carrier relationships, contracts, and budgets.
• ERP experience with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead domestic and international logistics operations across multiple modes.
• Oversee import/export documentation, compliance, and trade regulatory filings.
• Manage a team of Logistics Coordinators and staff, setting performance goals.
• Negotiate freight rates and contracts with carriers and forwarders.
• Monitor logistics KPIs and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.
