Job summary

Crown Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Regional Logistics Manager to optimize transportation services and provide logistics support to plants and warehouses across the US and Canada.

The role requires developing the regional logistics strategy and building carrier partnerships to meet cost and service targets. You will work with Crown plants and divisional leadership, lead with strong analytical tools such as Excel, and travel up to 1–2 weeks per month.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, logistics or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in logistics or manufacturing support.
• Willingness to travel up to 1–2 weeks per month.
• Experience with BluJay TMS is a plus.
• Must be proactive, self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Strong written and verbal communication; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop the regional logistics strategy aligned with overall company goals.
• Negotiate rates and manage carrier partnerships to meet cost targets.
• Oversee transportation operations across US/Canada plants and warehouses.
• Collaborate with plants and leadership for quarterly reviews and SLA adherence.
