Crown Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Regional Logistics Manager to shape the region's logistics strategy in line with company goals. You will build carrier partnerships, negotiate rates, and ensure contract and service commitments are met across plants and warehouses.

The role requires leadership and cross-functional collaboration with plants and divisional leadership. You will work with BluJay or E2Open to support the network and may travel across the US/Canada.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required or higher in supply chain, business, logistics or related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing/JIT environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 1–2 weeks per month to plant locations across US/Canada.
• Experience with BluJay TMS is a plus.
• Strong urgency, self-starting attitude and proactive thinking.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment with excellent communication skills.
• Team-oriented, collaborative, and able to contribute openly.
