Job summary

Guardian Bikes in Seymour, IN is seeking a Global Logistics Manager to oversee international transportation from supplier shipments to warehouse delivery and to manage domestic transfers across our warehouse network.

You will serve as the primary liaison with freight forwarders, carriers, customs partners, and internal stakeholders, driving cost efficiency, shipment visibility, and operational excellence across the Guardian logistics footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years in international logistics or supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of ocean/air/parcel/shipping processes and ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets with analytical/problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee international inbound shipments from booking to delivery and manage domestic transfers across Guardian’s warehouse network.
• Plan transportation across ocean, air, parcel, truck, rail, and other modes based on cost, transit time, and service levels.
• Coordinate readiness, transfer requirements, and schedules with Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, warehouses, and carriers.
• Monitor shipment progress, resolve issues, and communicate delays/ETA changes to stakeholders.
