Job summary

MSC Technology Italy is seeking a Logistics IT Business Analyst to support international digital transformation programs across multiple countries. The role focuses on optimizing logistics processes and integrating ERP/WMS/TMS platforms, driving standardization and efficiency across global operations.

The candidate will work with cross-functional teams, translate business needs into technical specs, and help roll out WMS, TMS, and supply chain solutions in diverse environments.

Qualifications

• Strong business process knowledge with hands-on ERP/WMS/TMS implementation experience.
• Experience in international digital transformation programs.
• Ability to operate effectively within complex international environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize end-to-end Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse, and Transportation processes.
• Support international roll-outs of WMS, TMS, and Supply Chain platforms.
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders across multiple countries.
• Contribute to solution design, system configuration, integration activities, and testing phases.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support go-live activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within logistics and warehouse operations.
• Operate within Agile delivery frameworks and cross-functional international teams.
• Provide functional support, training, and post-implementation assistance to end users.
• Ensure alignment with corporate governance, standards, and best practices.
