Job summary

Midea America Corp. is seeking an ERP Logistics Analyst/Manager to support and optimize enterprise logistics systems across multiple sites.

The role focuses on WMS and TMS with IT and business partners to ensure efficient warehouse and transportation operations. The candidate will analyze requirements, configure systems, and drive process improvements across logistics functions, including integrations and testing, while coordinating with vendors and internal teams to deliver reliable, scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business or related field.
• Experience supporting ERP logistics processes, WMS/TMS, or related supply chain applications.
• Ability to gather business requirements, document processes, and support testing.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as IT/business systems partner for logistics functions including warehouse operations and transportation planning.
• Manage and support WMS and TMS applications, including configuration and upgrades.
• Translate logistics requirements into functional specs, configuration, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with warehouse, supply chain, finance, customer service, and external vendors to improve end-to-end processes.
• Lead or support ERP logistics projects, including site implementations and system integrations.
• Troubleshoot system issues, coordinate resolution, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Support integrations between ERP, WMS, TMS, EDI and reporting tools.
• Develop and maintain documentation and training materials.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and post-go-live support.
• Monitor data accuracy and process compliance.
