Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Business Systems Analyst with strong TMS experience to translate logistics and ERP needs into concrete requirements and system improvements across multiple transportation platforms.

You will analyze TMS workflows, create specifications, data mappings, and test cases, and partner with developers, Operations and vendors from discovery through post-release support. A Bachelor’s in a related field and 5+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Systems Analyst or similar experience
• Experience with logistics/TMS/WMS/ERP tech solutions
• Strong documentation, process/data flow analysis, testing, impact assessment

Responsibilities

• Analyze TMS workflows across planning, rating, carrier selection, tendering, tracking, and reporting
• Translate business needs into requirements, specs, flows, data mappings, test cases, and acceptance criteria
• Investigate production issues by analyzing data, SQL queries, logs, interfaces, and upstream/downstream dependencies
• Collaborate with developers, Operations, logistics, vendors, and stakeholders through all SDLC phases
• Support release readiness, UAT, documentation, and continuous TMS improvements
