You will handle customer order requisitions, manage requests via ERP/CRM, email, or phone, and prepare quotes, proposals, and purchase orders for vendors.

The role is in-office, Mon-Fri, 8-hour shifts, with medical benefits after two months and potential temp-to-perm.

• Proven experience in International Logistics.
• Strong proficiency in ERP/CRM systems, email communication, and order management.
• Excellent customer service skills with global accounts.

Responsibilities

• Mastering all communication related to customer order requisitions.
• Assisting in providing top-level customer service to global clients.
• Managing incoming customer requests via ERP/CRM, email, or phone.
• Creating quote, proposal, and purchase order files for vendors.
• Conducting reviews on all orders to ensure full customer satisfaction.
