Job summary

Openwork is seeking a Sales Support (Logistics) specialist in Southeast Houston for an in-office role. You will provide top-tier service to a global client base and support operations within an established international logistics leader.

You will manage orders via ERP/CRM, create quotes and PO files, and ensure customer satisfaction through accurate order processing and proactive communication. Experience in international logistics is required, with healthcare benefits pending after two months

In this dynamic and rewarding role, you will be responsible for providing top-tier customer service to a global client base and supporting operations within an established international logistics leader.

In our Sales Support job you’ll be responsible for:

• Mastering all communication related to customer order requisitions
• Assisting in providing top-level customer service to global clients
• Managing incoming customer requests via ERP/CRM, email, or phone
• Creating quote, proposal, and purchase order files for vendors
• Conducting reviews on all orders to ensure full customer satisfaction

What you’ll need:

• Proven experience in International Logistics (REQUIRED)
• Strong proficiency in ERP/CRM systems, email communication, and order management
• Excellent customer service skills with global accounts

• Competitive pay rate: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
