Job summary
DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Phoenix is seeking a Business Development Manager, Account Director to lead strategic sales for Air & Sea transport and logistics. You will manage complex RFQs/RFPs, build and expand executive-level client relationships, and drive cross-functional collaboration across pricing, operations, and trade lanes.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years selling international freight forwarding, fluency in English and Spanish, and a proven track record of revenue
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred.
- At least 5 years in international freight forwarding sales, preferably Air & Sea.
- Current management of substantial revenue and GP with documented growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Generate qualified pipeline through proactive prospecting and executive outreach.
- Lead complex RFQs/RFPs for multi-modal forwarding solutions.
- Maintain executive-level relationships with clients and conduct strategic reviews.
- Coordinate with operations, pricing, and trade lane teams to deliver solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service solutions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and stay informed on market trends.
