Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years experience in transportation, freight forwarding, or logistics.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day freight forwarding activities for ocean/air shipments.
• Arrange inland transportation including drayage and intermodal movements.
• Coordinate warehousing and distribution services to meet client needs.
• Primary point of contact for assigned customers; resolve inquiries and issues.
• Maintain documentation and ensure regulatory compliance across shipments.
