GLOVIS America Inc. in Irvine, CA is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead strategic sales and global RFQ activities across major international clients in the U.S. This role drives multimodal logistics solutions, builds partnerships, and expands the company’s multimodal offerings.

You will collaborate with Operations, Pricing, Legal and IT to ensure onboarding, contracts, and program delivery while developing joint business plans and delivering data-driven performance reviews.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7–10 years direct experience in Sales, Supply Chain, Automotive Logistics.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop sales strategies and client proposals to win business
• Respond to RFQs with tailored solutions
• Collaborate with Operations, Pricing, Legal, IT to onboard and execute
• Build long-term relationships with high-potential customers
• Lead onboarding including SOP development, billing setup, and system integration
• Monitor service delivery and align with client expectations
• Represent Glovis in client visits and industry events
• Identify new vertical opportunities including e-commerce, automotive, electronics, and industrial clients
