Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Maintains effective relationships with customers and coordinates CSRs to meet needs.
• Retention: Supports quality reviews and recommendations to improve operations.
• Operations: Oversees inbound/outbound flow, checks paperwork, and ensures productivity.
• Quality: Ensures shipments are complete, undamaged, and compliant with procedures.
• Documentation/Records: Maintains records and daily production metrics.
