Expeditors, a global logistics leader, seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to ensure cartage, warehouse, and transcon inbound operations run smoothly while upholding safety and compliance. You will lead a team, onboard staff, and coordinate with agents and 3rd parties to meet daily and weekly goals.

The role emphasizes safety, process improvements, and hands-on leadership across receiving, storage, and shipments, with opportunities for growth within Expeditors’ expansive network.

Qualifications

• 2 years of industry-specific qualification (country-specific).
• Proven supervisory attitude and leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of export compliance and safety practices.
• Effective interpersonal communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse team to maintain safe, accurate, and efficient operations.
• Oversee receiving, shipping, inventory, and cycle counts per OPS and KPI.
• Onboard new staff and manage certifications and staffing needs.
• Coordinate with cartage and Transcon teams to meet KPIs and service levels.
• Ensure compliance with government policies and facility certifications.
