Responsibilities

• Supervise EI employees and contractors responsible for receiving, packing, inventorying and shipping.
• Establish and manage work schedules; ensure proper execution of jobs and performance.
• Maintain effective relationships with accounts and coordinate CSRs for service delivery.
• Direct and control order release to shipping to ensure timely delivery and efficiency goals.
• Oversee inbound/outbound operations, cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure safety, OSHA compliance, and proper documentation across the warehouse.
