Job summary

Qualifications

College degree or equivalent.
Forklift experience.
Shipping and receiving experience.
Customs filing experience.
ERP system experience (Oracle), Microsoft Outlook, Excel.

Responsibilities

Create shipping documents- Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipper Letter of Instruction.
Filing International Export information through ACE.
Crating and packing sensitive high value material for domestic and international shipments.
Loading and unloading semi-trailers.
Arranging domestic and international shipments with customers and carriers.
Maintain tracking log of all shipments coming through the shipping department.
Creating efficiencies for shipping department.
