Job summary

HR for Growth. is seeking a Logistics Clerk to join our client’s team in New Jersey. The role focuses on creating shipping labels, boxing products securely, and ensuring correct items reach customers with accuracy.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player with strong attention to detail and solid communication skills. Flexibility for shifts, weekends, and overtime is required. You will work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment, supporting accurate order fulfillment

Qualifications

• Must be able to work flexible shifts, days, hours, and weekends as well as work overtime as needed.
• Capable of demonstrating team building and a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal English.
• Proven ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Strong planning, organizing, and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares shipments by assembling, counting, weighing, checking against shipping orders, and reporting discrepancies
• Ships domestic and international items by verifying identifying information and quantity and conditions of items, loading and protecting items
• Occasionally receives items by unloading vehicles, accepting deliveries, and forwarding documents to receiving
• Maintains shipping materials by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed materials, placing and expediting orders for materials, verifying receipt of materials
