Job description

Insight Global is looking for a Shipping Clerk to be able to handle the following responsibilities:

• Execute and follow up on daily shipping targets
• Monitor outgoing shipments and update tracking systems in real time
• Maintain accurate daily shipping logs, ensuring all transactions are properly documented
• Verify shipment information such as counts, weights, and measurements against bills of lading and invoices
• Report discrepancies to Program Management promptly
• Ensure compliance with C‑TPAT requirements and company shipping standards
• Coordinate with carriers, internal departments, and external customers to ensure on‑time, accurate shipments
• Use SFC (Shop Floor Control) and other tracking systems to update product movement throughout the day
• Prioritize and manage international shipments and urgent requests
• Follow up on shipment‑related issues and drive them to complete resolution
• Support safe and compliant handling of materials, including identifying suspicious or non‑conforming items

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
