Job summary

Onto Innovation is seeking a Senior Logistics Specialist to support daily warehouse operations and ensure accurate domestic and international shipments. The role combines material handling with shipping responsibilities, requiring experience in shipping/receiving, warehouse operations, and coordinating shipments with carriers and customers.

The ideal candidate has forklift certification, ERP experience, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Shipping and receiving experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Pull, stage, and verify materials for production work orders.
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments with customers and carriers.
• Maintain shipment documentation and ERP inventory transactions.
