Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year experience in a Customer Service role.
• Minimum 2-year experience in a freight forwarding or similar industry.
• Bilingual English/Japanese - fluent.
• Onsite reporting to the office daily.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer services including forwarding, delivery details, processing orders and handling complaints.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email; assist sales staff as needed.
• Perform bookings, track rates, and maintain work profiles.
• Coordinate with internal/external sources for information and updates.
• Support general business tasks and schedule alignment with carriers.
