Responsibilities

• Process and input all customer orders.
• Run shipments from WMS and generate related paperwork.
• Check product availability by running stock reports.
• Ensure accuracy of receiving/shipping documents and data entry.
• Communicate with customers and interdepartmental teams to resolve issues.
• Assist with invoicing and credit changes as needed.
• Handle returns and ensure proper credits are issued.
• Greet visitors and answer phones in a courteous manner.
