Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in logistics/distribution environment.
• Able to operate material handling equipment (MHE).
• Work in unregulated warehouse temperatures; conditions vary with seasons.

Responsibilities

• Train new and existing associates on distribution activities and SOPs.
• Oversee unloading, picking, and staging of shipments; ensure paperwork accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
• Maintain productivity and lead by example in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
• Assist in labor scheduling and upholding production and payroll records.
