Job summary

Brink's Global Services USA, Inc. in New York seeks a Customer Care Transportation Coordinator to manage the prompt, accurate transportation, clearance, import/export and routing of domestic and international parcels from JFK Warehouse and across the NYC metro area.

The role alternates between Springfield Gardens, NY and NYC offices, with an hourly rate of $23–$27. Strong communication, problem-solving and flexibility to work weekends are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service with a logistics focus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience using MS Office and Windows applications.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Able to work weekends, holidays and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Receive calls/e-mails from internal customers and service queries promptly.
• Coordinate day-to-day transportation shipments across lines of business.
• Communicate shipment updates, ETA, and PODs with internal teams.
• Develop relationships with route supervisors and operations managers.
• Ensure adherence to escalation procedures and timely information.
