Job summary

Brink’s Global Services U.S., Inc. is seeking a Customer Care Transportation Coordinator to support prompt and safe transportation, clearance, import/export routing of domestic and international parcels for Brink’s customers.

The role covers hands-on customer care and field operations at the JFK Warehouse, with a focus on accuracy and compliance. Based in Springfield Gardens, NY and NYC, the position alternates between two locations and requires strong communication with internal teams,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in Customer Service with logistics/supply chain focus.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Windows applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries from internal customers and branches timely.
• Coordinate day-to-day transportation shipments across lines of business.
• Communicate shipment updates, ETAs, and PODs with internal teams.
• Resolve brokerage, import/export delays and provide rapid information.
• Ensure compliance with IATA and US Customs document requirements.
