Reflex Performance Resources Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our Production team in New York. The role manages the full shipment process from overseas factories to the U.S.

warehouse, verifying documents, coordinating vessel schedules, and tracking container status. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-focused, and capable of communicating with overseas partners and internal departments to prevent delays and ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing and validating shipping documents against purchase orders.
• Ability to coordinate vessel bookings and monitor ETD/ETA with overseas factories.
• Track containers from supplier to U.S. warehouse and maintain shipment records.
• Communicate delays or changes to internal teams and external partners.
• Proficiency in Excel and data entry for shipment databases.

Responsibilities

• Review shipping documents and compare information against PO approvals.
• Identify discrepancies and follow up with overseas factories for corrections.
• Maintain accurate records of shipping and PO information.
• Coordinate vessel schedules and monitor ETD/ETA.
• Monitor shipment status including customs clearance and final delivery to warehouse.
• Distribute updated shipment information to Warehouse, Accounting and Production teams.
