Armada Staffing Group in Akron, Ohio seeks an Import / Logistics Coordinator to manage domestic and international cargo movements, inbound orders, and shipment tracking. This role collaborates with customers, customs brokers, domestic transportation providers, and 3PL warehouses to ensure accurate processing and timely delivery.

You will handle shipment documentation, data entry, and customer service, while maintaining ERP records and supporting general office tasks.

Formación

• Experience coordinating international and domestic cargo movements.
• Knowledge of import documentation and freight forwarding basics.
• Proficient with ERP systems and data entry processes.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate domestic and international cargo movements from origin to final delivery.
• Track shipments and provide updates on status and ETA.
• Prepare and distribute arrival notices and import documentation.
• Coordinate customs clearance with brokers and ensure required docs are provided.
• Manage inbound orders and arrange transport based on customer requirements.
• Maintain shipment records and data in ERP system.
