Job summary

Protouch Staffing is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage daily freight moves for domestic and international shipments. You will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments across three locations to support the company’s Logistics operation.

Responsibilities include collaborating with shipping, export, import and order processing teams, and tracking/scheduling data from multiple sources to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Logistics / Transportation related experience.
• Basic reporting / analytics skills.
• Problem solving skills.
• Works independently.
• System savvy.
• 2-3 years of work-related experience.
• Knowledgeable with supply chain processes (e.g., inventory planning, warehouse management).
• SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing daily freight moves for domestic and international shipments.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments from three locations to support Core Dx's Logistics operation.
• Collaborate with shipping teams, export, import and order processing teams.
• Track, trace, schedule and analyze data from various sources.
