Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of logistics, shipping, transportation, warehouse, or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience coordinating shipments and managing shipping documentation.
• Knowledge of domestic shipping processes and transportation regulations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work effectively with customers, carriers, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments for on-time delivery.
• Schedule and manage freight pickups with carriers, freight forwarders, and brokers.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents including bills of lading and packing lists.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve issues; communicate updates to customers and teams.
• Maintain accurate shipping and transportation records; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with production, warehouse, purchasing, and customer service to improve logistics.
