Parts Town is seeking an International Logistics Coordinator to manage palletized shipments to the U.S., Canada, and other destinations. You will work with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure compliant, efficient, and timely movement of goods.

You will prepare shipping documents, monitor performance, and support cost optimization initiatives. A strong background in logistics, international trade, and Excel is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination.
• Experience in international environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and trade compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation of palletized shipments to U.S. and international destinations.
• Collaborate with Import/Export Compliance teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain shipping documentation (bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, origin certificates).
• Track shipments and provide timely updates and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with warehouses and carriers to ensure on-time delivery.
