Job summary

Amazon is seeking an International Logistics Coordinator to support international import and export activities. You will assist with shipment coordination, documentation, tracking, data entry, and communication with carriers, brokers, and internal teams.

This is a support-focused role and does not independently make trade compliance, routing, financial, or regulatory decisions. You will ensure information is complete and available to stakeholders, escalating issues as needed and helping with

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) experience.
• High school or equivalent.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Assists with the coordination of international import & export shipments.
• Enters and maintains shipment information in applicable logistics systems & tracking tools.
• Creates or assists with shipping documentation based on established procedures.
• Monitors shipment statuses & provides updates to internal stakeholders.
• Follows up with carriers, freight forwarders, vendors, and suppliers regarding shipment statuses and required information.
