Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent customer service skills; friendly, courteous, empathetic and helpful.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to listen and respond clearly.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Keen to learn and expand knowledge.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle stress.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, handle, and process documentation, including air waybills and customs documents.
• Update shipment information in the operating system in a timely manner.
• Dispatch freight to maintain on-time movement and protect the customer supply chain.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and Expeditors colleagues via email, phone, and in person.
• Monitor reports to understand performance and development opportunities.
• Bill customers accurately according to SOPs, rate shells, and tariffs.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships with airlines, trucking companies, and others.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Meet KPIs and contribute to department and company goals.
• Seek opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
• Escalate issues per guidelines when necessary.
