• Receive, book and schedule transportation orders to ensure timely movement of freight and information.
• Prepare and process documentation including air waybills and customs documents.
• Update shipment information in the operating system accurately.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and Expeditors network via email, phone and in person.
• Monitor reports to identify performance and development opportunities.
• Assist invoicing based on SOPs and tariffs.
• Maintain vendor relationships with airlines, trucking companies and others.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and government regulations.
• Meet KPIs in line with department and company goals.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
