Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking a Managed Account Coordinator to handle entry services for FedEx Express and customers, ensuring timely & accurate shipment release in line with CBP/OGA rules.

You will act as the main liaison between FedEx Express and FTN for account-specific issues, perform audits, prepare reports, and communicate with shippers, clients, and government agencies as needed. Paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED and 12 months of brokerage or transportation experience and/or customer service experience required.
• Interacting with customers, internal staff/departments and management at all levels; strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with MS Office, Outlook, and standard office equipment; ability to work in a time-sensitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide entry services and cage functions for timely, accurate shipment release per CBP/OGA regs.
• Serve as primary link between FedEx Express and FTN for account/shipment issues; resolve with quality communication.
• Complete audits (including complex issues) and initiate corrective actions; prepare operational reports.
• Correspond with shippers, clients, and government agencies to resolve documentation issues.
• Research and write claims/protests to CBP on behalf of FTN, FedEx, and customers; gather data for reports.
