Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking a remote Customer Service Associate to support CBP and PGA transactions, liaise with FedEx Trade Networks clients, and assist with entry processing and post-entry activities. You will prepare documentation, resolve issues, and maintain strong client relationships.

The role requires a HS Diploma or GED with at least 1 year of brokerage/transportation or customer service experience, plus proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required and minimum 12 months of brokerage/transportation or customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, Outlook and using standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with FedEx Trade Networks customers to facilitate processing with CBP and PGAs.
• Prepare, analyze, and submit documentation to CBP/PGAs.
• Maintain relationships with front-line customer personnel and support account administrators.
• Resolve billing issues and coordinate post-entry activities for clients.
• Produce operational trend reports and keep partners informed of the exception process.
