Job summary

CMA CGM Group in Norfolk, VA is seeking a Client Solutions Representative, Premium to serve as the frontline advocate for clients, using knowledge of international trade and supply chain processes to deliver top-tier support and solutions.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries via calls and emails, updating shipment status, and coordinating cross-functional issue resolution. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years general experience.
• Experience in a high-volume call center environment.
• CRM and logistics software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails within KPIs, building rapport with customers.
• Provide shipment updates using rail/terminal websites.
• Coordinate between external and internal customers for issue resolution.
• Update tracking reports and run monthly MQC, aging, and dwell reports.
• Perform root cause analysis for service failures and coordinate recovery with CMA CGM teams.
• Seek training opportunities to grow and improve processes.
• Miscellaneous duties or projects as assigned.
